1. Warehouse Hours: The Outdoor Marksman warehouse is open Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm. Orders received prior to 3PM will usually ship the same day.

2. Items marked available: may delay your shipment or may be shipped seperately.

3. We RECYCLE! In order to offer great discounts on our ammunition, we sometimes reuse packaging. Please do not refuse shipment based on the outside packing materials. In the case the order is wrong, Outdoor Marksman will arrange for the return of the package. Refused packages may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and additional shipping charges. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

4. Hawaii and Alaska: Due to the nature of the products on sale at Outdoor Marksman, arrangements for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska must be made by directly contacting Outdoor Marksman by sending email to sales@outdoormarksman.com or by calling us during office hours (M-TH 9am-5pm Pacific) at 503-399-5463.

5. Illinois: Outdoor Marksman requires a valid FOID or CARRY card for residents of Illinois. Orders will not be shipped until a copy is received.

6. Massachusetts: Residents of Massachusetts, we apologize for any inconvenience, however, due to restrictions on shipping ammunition into the state we can not accept orders containing ammunition from Massachusetts.

7. PMB and P.O. Boxes: Outdoor Marksman will not ship to P.O. Boxes or Personal Mail Boxes.

8. Adult Signature Required: Outdoor Marksman also ships ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED you must be over 21 years old to sign for your package.

9. Restocking Fee: Outdoor Marksman will charge a 15% restocking fee on any canceled order.

10. $20 Minimum Order: We apologize for any inconvenience, however, in order to maintain our low prices, Outdoor Marksman cannot ship orders less than $20.
